Boy Scout Patch Trader offers a Money-Back Guarantee if the item is returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. You may return your item for a full refund for any reason provided the item has not been damaged while in your possession.

All returns must be accompanied by a Copy of your Original Invoice along with a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us by email and provide the reason for your return along with your name, address and the date of your purchase.

Shipping costs will not be paid by Boy Scout Patch Trader when returning an item. Also, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item you wish to return along with a copy of your original invoice.
